Maintenance Announcement (From 11/8 at 9:00 PM PST) *Updated 11/8
Thank you for playing Terra Battle 2.
We will begin maintenance at 9:00 PM PST on November 8 to update the game. This maintenance is scheduled to end at 1:00 AM PST on November 9, but may take longer if unforeseen issues arise.
■This maintenance is for the following:
・New Event Quest
・Updated Pact lineup
・Addition of a framerate toggle
・Fixes for known issues
・Distribution of compensation
■App Update Notice
On November 6, we released the latest version of the application to the iTunes and Google Play Stores in preparation for this coming maintenance. To ensure that you can continue playing after maintenance, please download the latest version of the application from the respective store.
■Regarding the addition and update of features
During this maintenance, we will add the ability to select between a framerate of 30 FPS or 60 FPS (the game currently runs at 30 FPS). Players who select 60 FPS will enjoy smoother gameplay during standard battles if their device can support it.
Additional information regarding this feature will be provided in the notice posted after maintenance is complete.
■Update (11/8): Fixes for known issues and distribution of compensation
During this maintenance, we plan to address the following issues:
1. Game freezes when upgrading/selling Guardians with a sort filter set
On November 5th, we reported the following issue affecting the Sort feature:
After setting a Sort filter, if the player taps a Guardian, then taps the Upgrade or Sell button, the game may freeze.
We will address this issue and distribute compensation to all affected players during this maintenance.
2. Game freezes when receiving co-op rewards from the Inbox if inventory is full
We have discovered that an error will occur and the game will freeze when players attempt to view items in their Inbox under the following conditions:
a. Their equipment inventory is full; and
b. They have received an equipment reward from co-op play; and
c. They view the reward from the "Expiry" tab of the Inbox, or
d. They obtain the reward via the "Receive All" button, then view the "History" tab of the Inbox.
We will apply a temporary fix for this issue and distribute compensation to all affected players during this maintenance.
You will not be able to play during maintenance. In addition, we ask that you refrain from playing just before maintenance begins, as this may adversely affect your game data.
A separate notice will be posted in-game, on the News Site, and on Twitter/Facebook when maintenance ends.
